Multiple Neighborhoods let you select the environment you want to live in. We wanted Acony Bell to be a place where we would live and enjoy the minimalists life. 

Our long term residents will have their own areas, separate from the short term visitors. 

Lot rent includes water, sewer, garbage, recycling, and common area maintenance.
