Q: Do you have any lots available?

A: At this time we are full but don’t worry, we have some news for 2022 under our sleeve.

Q: Do you sell Tiny Homes?

A: We do not. There are many quality builders in our area and we want to help support local builders. We want to welcome home from various builders to give the Village an eclectic feel. There are many local builders in our area and your’s also. 

Q: Do you rent Tiny Homes?

A: We help our residents rent their Tiny Homes for short term basis . Vacation Rental units are in their own neighborhoods and the prices are determined by the owner. Sorry , no long term rentals.

Q: Do you allow DYI Tiny Homes.

A: Yes, we do require that they have a certification from Bildsworth or an  electrical inspection and meet out insurance requirements.

Q: Do you allow Park Model Tiny Homes?

A: We sure do if its under 400 square feet and 40 feet long. We really think the Village looks interesting and cute with all of the different models from different builders.
